job description

The main activities for this position are:

- Preparation of the required documents to establish shipments under quarantine.
- Adjustment of product status in the electronic system.
- Running of traceability report from the electronic system.
- Management of the mailbox requests (mails classification per topics, work per priorities, follow-up, ¿).
- Support the colleagues from the other site for the traceability questions/issues.
- Investigation on issues.
- ¿

The major part of those activities is administrative however, those actions are critical for the business. They are in place to block non conform products. So, it is very important to take care of them.

your contribution

- You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- You speak French and English fluently.
- You have basic software knowledge (Microsoft Office); knowlegde of SAP, JDE, ... is a plus.
- You can work autonomous, but also in a team.

what do we offer?

- You will be working in an international environment within a pharmaceutical company.
- You will get a full time contract of 38 hours per week.
- You will get a temporary assignment of 3 months for someone who's on sick leave (until the end of the year).
- You will receive an attractive salary package, supplemented with meal vouchers and commuting allowance. Moreover, public transport is fully reimbursed.
- You will be working in the QA team (12 people).
- Start date: as soon as possible.
