Will be in charge to provide an end-to-end administrative service / support ¿ Will be a key contact person inside our client's company and dedicated to a specific business group of french, dutch and english speaker ¿ Will be in charge to complete data activity tracker to allow measurement of KPI's and workload ¿ Will support in the three languages (french, english and dutch) the field force teams as their single point of contact for samples and compliance : identify, analyse and find answers for their requests ¿ Will be the customer contact inside our client's company for health care professionals and need to ensure appropriate follow-up in the three languages (french, dutch and english) ¿ Will support the samples process ¿ Will act as a master in payments (full onboarding and training foreseen at start) ¿ Will be involved in communication processes and department team meeting ¿ Will interact directly within a team of 5 people
Is comfortable with the 3 languages (native FR/NL + fluent ENG + at ease with FR/NL) ¿ Is a born multitasker and process minded ¿ Is autonomous but a team player ¿ Love to have social contacts and are at ease to communicate in direct contact and / or phone calls ¿ Is a problem solver ¿ Is customer focused and resourceful ¿ Don't wait for a solution, go and look for it ¿ Is organised and quality driven, like precision ¿ Only a few months of experience in administrative services with the good mindset can be an option
