Our client, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, is located in Beerse. As Purchase Administrator you'll be part of the Medical Operations Team in the EMEA region. 

You'll be responsible to provide high quality, timely and efficient event management to support the EMEA Medical Operations Team and Health Care Professionals. Being responsible for processing sensitive contracts and payments, ensuring the relevant information is present and all required processes are adhered to. Supporting the administration of the copy approval processes, and ensuring all documentation is prior to event finalisation. 

Your tasks include but are not limited to; 

  • Assiging and creating contract and following up on the signatures. 
  • Managing Purchase Orders from creation to payment and closing. 
  • Maintaining close contact with the Shared Service Center and the Finance Department (payments, budget,..)
  • Ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policy
  • Look for efficiencies and improvements in the related business processes

your contribution

Our client is looking for someone with experience with their tools: SAP Ariba, E-Marketplace (eMP), iCONNECT, HPR, ... 

You'll have to speak and write English fluently. 

This role will require some flexibility as some travel may be required (10%).
