The purpose of this internship is to familiarize you with the J&J corporate environment and get a first experience in the healthcare business environment. In close collaboration with your mentor you will be a team member in several compliance driven projects, always aiming for execution excellence. You will be part of the Customer Logistics and Services Global Compliance Center of Excellence team and depending on your interests and competencies, different projects will be assigned and adapted to you. It's an excellent opportunity to explore the many facets of compliance, logistics and customer service in an healthcare environment. This experience in a dynamic and fast-changing environment will help you analyzing complex data, communicate with many different stakeholders and gather deep insights in the different areas of our cross-sector business. Because of the nature of these projects, your communication, issue solving capacity and project management skills will be challenged and improved. In this role you will identify and deploy optimal solutions that address the storage and distribution compliance needs globally. You will interact with the Global Security Department, R&D and many global CLS functions. You will assist in the development of a strategy to optimize the portfolio of current and future storage and distribution solutions complying with all applicable regulations and standards. You will engage 3rd party subject matter experts as required to support studies, strategies and data analysis.
Primary Internship Goals: - Get familiar with the different aspects of healthcare - Take the lead and deliver on projects that will be assigned to you - Analyze, challenge and advise on compliance related projects - Actively interact with all stakeholders involved to learn from their experience and expertise - Implement new procedures in a business environment - Participate in company meetings - Develop professionalism
Criteria: - Candidate must be a highly motivated individual who wants to put his/her skills into practice to move our business forward - Bachelor or Master degree - When: Flexible starting dates between June and September 2018 - Duration: Minimum 3-6 months - Location: Janssen Pharmaceutica, Beerse
The candidate must be a registered student during the course of the internship. Unfortunately, graduates that are currently not enrolled in a study program are not eligible for this internship.
