1. Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products, for the assigned customers, under supervision of manager
2. Establishes and builds strong client relationships with assigned customers over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communications to other relevant organizational functions/divisions (together with commercial lead & sales manager)
3. Meets personal sales targets as established for assigned customers (some key accounts in BeLux), through effective customer plans and optimized customer contacts (i.e. training of staff, POS placement, merchandising)
4. Visits KA pharmacies in order to give product information & trainings to the pharmacy teams
5. Monitors competitive activity in each assigned account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
• Higher Marketing/Sales education
• At least 3 years of sales experience ideally in pharmacy channel with solid track record of success (including delivering on targets), preferably with first KAM experience.
• Strong relationship building, selling and customer service skills
• An ability to communicate effectively, influence and successfully negotiate with others
• A self-starter with the ability to effectively manage your own time, problem solver and identify opportunities for business growth
• Commercial acumen and superior planning and organization skills
• Languages : Fluent French & Good knowledge of Dutch
