        As in Inside Sales Representative you will serve as liaison between our European customers and the company working to provide overall support and total account management. This includes developing knowledge of customer needs, assessing requirements and identifying solutions to issues involving scheduling/planning, inventory, pricing, forecast information, and specification interpretation.-Act as the key contact for our customers (B2B) located in Europe. -Manage a variety of tasks, ranging from order entry to stock management, quotation, problem solving, logistics, and to some extent technical help. -Ensure the coordination between our customers & our headquarters located in the USA. -Ensure the existing business keeps working flawlessly and help developing future businesses with both existing and new customers. -Work closely with the commercial managers to support execution of sales opportunities based on customer feedback and market intelligence.-Contribute to durable customer-supplier relationships and guarantee the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
