Provide logistic and administrative support for the Team and proactively contribute in preparing, processing, following up and ending activities in order to facilitate and optimize the business units achievements.

Key responsibilities

-Take a central role in the logistic and administrative tasks of the business unit for medical, sales and marketing. Provide logistic support to entire team.
-Follow up all administrative procedures through internal systems (contracts, purchase orders, suppliers, e-payments,)
-Follow up of promotional materials process in support of CBLs (product managers): contact with no limit
-Management of recurrent meetings planning
-Be a key driver in meetings for logistics setting, welcoming visitors, distribution of the agenda, meeting minutes and follow up of action
-Work in close cooperation with the legal team for a final review to be 100% compliance with all compliance policies and procedures.
-Support team members with logistic requests: badges, attendance sheet, etc
-Spontaneously analyze and tackle organizational inefficiencies / Proposals and implementation of organizational improvement/Challenge processes in order to streamline and simplify them
-Play a central role in enabling team work and collaborative/inclusive culture within the team
-Follow up on Lorlatinib & Inlyta compassionate use requests
-Logistics for national meetings: stand, briefing

vos atouts

Skills, knowledge, qualifications & experience

-Education: Graduate in Office Management or equivalent experience in the field of administration, secretarial work or office management
-Experience: by preference minimum 2 years of relevant experience (all-round administration support : travel, meetings, budget)
-Language skills: Fluent Dutch, French and English (written and spoken)
-Computer literate
-You can work autonomously and have an eye for details
-You have a service-minded attitude, good organizational skills (multitasking) and like to take initiatives.
-You have a positive mind-set, you are a team player and have a flexible working attitude.
