description de la fonction

We are looking for a Data Scientist who is keen on using data driven insights to optimize the clinical data flow process contributing to accelerated drug development

Being a highly regulated environment, we tend to be more risk averse in the pharmaceutical industry, collecting more data points than consumed and analysed. Our aim is to become a more metadata driven organization being able to demonstrate what data points are optimal for our data collection and data curation process and what is non-value added. Success in this role includes performing a programmatic retrospective analysis of our global standard safety domains which data points were collected but never been used in analysis to drive decisions.

In collaboration with cross-functional partners in data management, clinical data standards, statistical programming and biostatistics, findings from the retrospective analysis will result a recommended optimization of global standard safety domains and suggested redesign of the relevant process steps would be suggested in order to account for this pro-actively.
