Do you have at least 10years experience as management assistant? You are fluent in French and English?

Main tasks of this function:

Manage calendar, schedule meetings across time global time zones, coordinate mission meetings and materials and involving up to 150 participants

Organise meetings (internal & external)

Ensure convening of meetings (internal/off-site); ensure logistics (meeting rooms, catering, technical support, tele/video conferences)

Prepare agendas and required information, documents

Prepare meeting documents, provides administrative support during the meeting

Organise/book business travel arrangements/itineraries, transport, travel itinerary, enrolment; prepare travel schedules

Manage expense reports

Provide support for team communications (Sharepoint)

Ensure an on-boarding support

Report of running all the administrative work and internal communication campaigns for 3 teams officially but extended assistance to more departments, reaching approximately 70 peoples

Provide reliable & efficient travel services in respect to the needs and schedules in compliance with the company travel policy and preventing travel issues

Attend specific staff meetings, draw meetings minutes and tracking tables

Ensure collaboration site adequacy

Ensure broader communication panel intra and cross departments

Ability to consolidate Power Points, Word documents and Excel files

vos atouts

You have a bachelor’s Degree with almost 10 years of experience in private & public sector

Experience in project execution and data management

Strong organizational skills

Knowledgeable in coordination of events and international conferences

Excellent research and analytical skills coupled with a practical approach to problem-solving

Proficient with SAP, SRM, Salesforce and Windows Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Languages: English (business fluency written and spoken) and French
