Randstad Group Belgium is the largest human resources service provider in Belgium and is the market leader in temporary employment and outplacement. Moreover, the company holds a key position on the Belgian market in recruitment and selection, interim management, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), HR consultancy, and project sourcing. Because Randstad Group Belgium continues to grow and wants to become a leader in the provision of human resources services, the company has implemented the following changes to its management:

On 1 January, Eddy Annys (59) became Chief Operations Officer for all the Randstad Group staffing  activities in Belgium. In addition to Randstad, he will also be at the helm for the Tempo-Team staffing activities.

After a career as an elite athlete, Eddy Annys started his career within the world of temporary employment in 1989 with First Interim, which became a part of Flex Interim after a merger. When that company was taken over by Randstad, Eddy Annys transferred over to the Randstad Group. He has also been a member of the Randstad executive committee since 2000.

Eddy Annys will be assisted by two managing directors for the Randstad brand.

Annic Bosmans (44) was appointed managing director for the Randstad staffing activities. Her career began in 1997 as a consultant at Interlabor, where she climbed every rung in the company ladder, advancing from business manager to director operations for various regions.

Muriel Gysens (50) was appointed managing director for the Randstad Inhouse Services. She joined Randstad as an account manager in Wallonia in 2001 and has climbed every rung of the company. She is now responsible for all Randstad inhouse offices and large accounts.

On 1 January, Walter Reynaert (59) became Chief Human Resources Officer for the Randstad Group in Belgium and Luxembourg. Walter Reynaert has worked for Randstad since 1995, during which time he held several commercial and HR positions.

He is taking over for Raf Gerard (63), who has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Randstad Group in Belgium and Luxembourg since 1992. Raf Gerard will remain working for the company as a strategy and organisation advisor.

Günther Ghijsels (46) was named Chief Digital Officer. Günther joined the Randstad Group in 2016 as Chief Information Officer and boasts an excellent track record in the field of digital strategy and the development of digital tools in the financial business..

Marc Van Harneveldt (55) was appointed Managing Director of the division HR Solutions for Randstad in Belgium that are marketed under the RiseSmart brand (outplacement assistance, career guidance, coaching, assessments etc.). Marc has been an asset of the Randstad Group since 1995. He held many strategic IT positions and in April 2009 he was entrusted with strengthening the Group's HR Solutions on the Belgian market.
