It’s a huge honour to be able to lead the organisation that has given me so many opportunities since the beginning of my career. Throughout my career I have been challenged to take responsibility, learn and grow, with the support of my manager and with the support of my own teams. The values and culture of our organisation are so close to what I personally stand for that I have consciously chosen to continue working for Randstad all these years,” says Annic Bosmans. “We want to offer employment with good working conditions to everyone who wants to and is able to work. Everyone should be given a chance on the labour market and our role is to guide them effectively. This broad social role is what continues to motivate me after all these years and I look forward to developing it further with the entire management team and all colleagues. I would like to thank Herman Nijns and Dominique Hermans for their confidence.

It has been an honour to steer the company, which I joined as a consultant in 1988, towards the fully fledged HR service provider it is today. My new role in the international Executive Leadership Team provided a natural handover opportunity. I am immensely proud that Annic, who has been part of the management team for five years, will be my successor. Annic and the other members of the management team are extremely well positioned to ensure continuity while continuing to build Randstad Group into a complete HR services provider by further broadening our offerings and strengthening our corporate culture.

Chief Executive Southern Europe and Latin America at Randstad
