• Provide technical assistance to customers for all products in the range.
• Organize the reception of customer complaints (phone, email, product reception).
• Schedule interventions for After-Sales Service technicians.
• Diagnose faults and send repair quotes. Assist and advise customers on the correct use of products.
• Participate in the improvement of the after-sales process (identify spare parts, ensure documentation updates).
• Manage internal and external After-Sales Service (planning, KPI monitoring, technician training, meetings with external repair centers).
• Participate in the improvement of product development as the guarantor of the After-Sales Service (SAV) policy.
• Implement the After-Sales Service policy and create test procedures.
• Inform the quality department of recurring malfunctions.
