Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Reporting to European Sales Manager
Client Portfolio Management and Growth:
- Proactively develop and strategically manage a robust portfolio of existing and potential clients across the designated territories (Netherlands and Benelux region).
- Focus on expanding market share by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through rigorous prospecting, networking, and the cultivation of long-term client relationships.
Technical Sales and Advisory Expertise:
- Serve as a primary technical advisor to customers, providing in-depth support and guidance for their design, engineering, and production requirements.
- Leverage expertise in copper-based solutions to propose and implement optimal material choices and application strategies.
- Thoroughly understand and interpret complex customer specifications, including technical drawings and performance criteria, to offer highly customized product solutions that precisely meet their needs.
Internal Collaboration and Solution Delivery:
- Foster seamless collaboration with various internal departments, including the engineering team for technical validation and innovation, inside sales for quoting and administrative support, the production team for manufacturing capabilities, and the logistics center for timely delivery.
- Work in a highly integrated manner to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that are not only technically sound but also efficient and cost-effective.
Client Engagement and Work Arrangement:
- Maintain a consistent schedule of regular visits to client sites to strengthen relationships, address evolving needs, and identify new opportunities face-to-face.
- The role offers a flexible work arrangement, including one fixed office day per week in Ans, allowing for collaborative team engagement and in-person meetings, alongside flexibility for remote work and extensive client travel as required to cover the territory effectively.
