The aim is to deliver the right content to the right customer (doctors and consumers) through the in the channels the customers use. This includes addressing the pain points customers might experience during their vaccination journey.The global Content Manager plays a critical role in helping the global brand teams, both commercial and medical in delivering this content and in understanding how effective this content is in addressing customer needs; thereby achieving business objeAs part of this transformation, our client is looking for individuals who can work well as part of a cross-functional co-creation team and who’s primary focus will be on delivering high quality insight driven content that the global vaccines teams will be providing to the Local Operating Companies (LOCs). In order to deliver this, the vaccines department requires content managers ideally with pharmaceutical marketing experience and that know how to think in a Pharma/Medical/B2B customer journey and has explored the world of digital marketing already. A content creator that agrees that a tone of voice needs to be joyful, to the point and efficient. A storyteller that can intrigue readers’ interest with only a short paragraph and makes them go understand our products, our goal, our ambition helping the world. And most of all, someone who thinks Content support effectively sales ambition.
