As an All-round Production Worker, you are the linchpin of the processing operation, rotating through the following tasks:

Operating the Cutting Machines: You load the cutting machines with fresh onions and carrots, ensuring the flow remains optimal.

Quality Control: You perform precise checks and manually remove unwanted parts (like residual peel) to guarantee our high-quality standard.

Packaging & Finishing: You fill the packages/bags and seal them hermetically for transport.

Physical Logistics: You lift and place the filled bags (approx. 20 kg) onto boxes and stack them, preparing them for shipment.

Hygiene and Safety: You are responsible for the daily cleaning of the work floor and machinery at the end of the shift.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Experience: Relevant experience in a production environment, logistics, or an affinity with the agricultural sector or seasonal work is a major plus. You are accustomed to physical labour.

Flexibility & Reliability: You are a reliable team player and comfortable with a rotating shift schedule:

Week 1: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Week 2: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with the flexibility to occasionally stay a couple of hours later until the work is finished).

Language Skills: Dutch preferred, but since communication in English is certainly an option.

Attitude: You are motivated, have an eye for quality, and enjoy working in a small team.

• Salary, bonus & rewards:

  You start at the basic scale with a competitive salary and good extras:

  Basic Hourly Wage: €15.20/hour.

  Shift Premium: €0.63/hour (on top of your basic wage).
