What will you do?

As a Production Worker you will be jointly responsible for the smooth running of the production of delicious mushrooms. You will primarily work on the production line, focusing on packaging products and ensuring quality. It's crucial that you are physically strong, as you will need to stack items at height and at a high pace. If needed, you will also help with order picking shipments. You'll communicate clearly with your supervisors and support the team whenever necessary.

Good to know: you will work in cooler temperatures (around 5 degrees Celsius) and occasionally, for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time, in a freezer.

Who are we looking for?

• You are capable of performing physical work all day and have good stamina.
• You can efficiently stack at height and at a high pace.
• You speak and understand English well. Basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You are a team player who supports colleagues when needed.
• No specific experience is required; you'll have the opportunity to grow internally and learn everything on the job!
• You can easily travel to Hoogstraten. You live in the region (or anywhere else in Belgium).
• You are available for long-term employment in a day shift.
