Machine Operation: Operate and monitor various finishing machines (e.g., cutting, folding, collating, binding equipment) according to production orders.

Quality Control: Continuously check the quality of the printed products, identify any imperfections, and ensure they meet specifications.

Troubleshooting: Identify and report machine malfunctions, and perform minor adjustments or basic troubleshooting to keep the line running.

Material Handling: Ensure the correct materials are fed into the machines and that finished products are properly stacked, packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

Set-up & Changeovers: Assist with the setup and changeover of machines for different print jobs.

Maintenance & Housekeeping: Contribute to a clean and safe working environment by maintaining machinery and keeping the workspace tidy.

Reporting: Accurately record production data, material consumption, and any issues encountered.

Vocational or secondary education level (MBO/TSO equivalent), preferably with a graphic arts or technical background.

Relevant work experience in a production environment, ideally within the printing sector, is a strong plus.

Experience with finishing machinery (e.g., cutting, folding, binding machines) is beneficial.

Highly accurate and meticulous with an excellent eye for detail and quality.

Proactive and hands-on mentality; you see what needs to be done and take initiative.

Strong problem-solving abilities for minor machine adjustments or troubleshooting.

Good communication skills to work effectively within a team and report to supervisors.

Physically able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Willingness to work in various shift patterns as needed by production demands.

Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.

Residing in the Hooglede region or willing to commute.
