As a crucial member of the Finance & Controlling Office, you will be the central pivot in financial planning and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Closing: Perform the monthly and yearly closing procedures according to both local GAAP and IFRS, supported by the Finance teams of the major shareholders.

• Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and (financial) forecasts in both Finance and Controlling domains.

• Process Improvement: Implement and improve essential tools, models, and reports to enable top management to closely monitor the company's financial performance.

• Budget & Planning: Assist and develop, in close cooperation with the Managing Director, the company’s budgets and financial plans based on detailed research and data analysis.

• Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the Finance & Controlling departments within the shareholder groups and with external auditing services.

• International Exchange: Participate in the international exchange program with other subsidiaries of the group across Europe on finance-related topics.

Must-haves:

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in performance management, accounting, and controlling, preferably within a financial services environment.

• Language Skills: Solid written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English are mandatory.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential) and Powerpoint.

• Core Competencies: Outstanding mathematical skills, high attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical capabilities.

• Soft Skills: Honesty, integrity, reliability, and the ability to be a true team player and stress-resistant.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of PowerBI, Controlling, and Accounting tools.

• Experience in bad debt management or related business areas.
