job description

Essential Duties and responsabilities:
- Lead daily packaging operations in alignment with site Pillars targets: People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost in order to ensure quantitative and qualitative products delivery as.
- Manage packaging lines and colleagues' activities plan in a 4 weeks horizon.
- Spread shopfloor continuous improvement and Lean culture in daily operations by leading process improvements projects and Standard works using Lean & 6sigma tools
- Manage daily & weekly performance process using KPI and visual board leading to corrective and improvement plan
- Lead daily Tier 1 & 2 meetings and ensure priorities alignment with Supply chain & Quality departments
- Ensure & develop safety & quality culture in dept daily process and activities
- Manage any quality & safety deviations by delivering robust CAPA¿s and associated implementation plan in respect of agreed timeline
- Ensure colleagues training program as per plan and requirements
- Perform colleague's performance review and related actions plan
- Acts as a champion in problem solving and investigation of incidents/deviations.
- Pilots the performance related to the Lean culture of the IVT, reports and shares difficulties & success.
- Contributes to the sharing of good practices of the Lean Community
- Provides support and coaching for IVT Yellow Belt certifications

your contribution

- Bachelor , master degree in sciences or equivalent
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or biology
- Proven experience in people and team management
- Demonstrated capability to motivate and lead a team to success
- Coordination and Planning of production team members to meet expected performances
- Green Belt certification or equivalent experience in Lean Six Sigma projects is a plus
- Analytical, rigorous and good communicator (oral and written)
- Change management capabilities (self-reflection, commitment and trust, sustainability)
- Continuous search for perfection
- Customer-oriented
- Resilient and persistent
- Ability to share knowledge and learn from others
- Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
