Manage day to day operations related to process management, specifically Incident & Change Management
Report performances for process management
Represent process management towards internal and external customer link to contract activities (customer, partners, subco,)
Ensure training and support towards internal organisation regarding process management
Ensure process launch and improvement for process management
Manage urgent situations outside business hours when needed
Contact with different teams within the organisation and working in relation with our partner delivering excellence towards our customer.
Participating in contract management and follow up including management of improvement tracks by fine tuning for owned process(es).

Your skills and experience
Active knowledge in ITIL v3 process execution (min. 5 years of experience in Process Management function and specific in change management)
Experience in ITIL process improvement is welcome
Proven experience in management of ITIL processes within large organisation
Sound technical understanding of following technology domains: IP/Connectivity, Data Centre, Cloud, Security
Knowledge in process design is an asset
Native Dutch with good knowledge of French and English
