job description

OBJECTIVES:
- Verification of critical variable data printed on our products during the secondary packag-ing operations
- Issuance of job orders needed to start the packaging process
- Update of department KPI's related to packaging activities
- Reconcialiation of unsused documents in Veeva (ECC Control Printing)
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- The planning Admin Support is accountable to issue, on time, the job orders for visual inspection and secondary packaging activities.
- He/She's also responsible to verify the data pre-filled on these documents like the expiry date, production date, potency,... These data are different for each production job order (around 150 job orders are generated per week) and are printed on the labeling sets of our products.
- Responsible to maintain JDe (ERP system) with the appropriate data (update WO, Expiry date,...)
- Responsible to update the department KPI's related to packaging activities
- Responsible to update the visual board on the floor (Planning, Job status,...)
