The Order Fulfillment Analyst (OFA) coordinates and collaborates with the supply base in order to obtain a smooth parts flow from supplier to our Distribution Center in Grimbergen. He/she is responsible for a full set of suppliers and monitors their performance, initiate corrective actions when needed and will be the key person in resolving customer back orders assigned to his/her supplier base. Key Job functions include but not limited to:
- Ensuring professional contact with suppliers by phone and email on a daily base
- Electronic communication with our Dealerships
- Timely respond to back order situations
- Responsible for a dedicated set of suppliers
- Managing a specific workload and synchronizing our inbound systems
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the assigned supply base
- Support activities that will improve supply chain performance levels
- Collaboration with all process partners
- Participate in projects when required

your contribution

- Master or Bachelor degree or relevant experience in similar environment
- As a minimum requirement: good knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Analytical
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of Word, Excel
- Willing to learn several applications
