job description

-the registration of all type of customer issues, review and optimize the process. Follow-up and ensure the customer issue to be closed, such as adjustments, disputes, returns, investigations liaising with different functions (for example transportation, warehousing, pricing, quality), credit management, collections.
-providing a high standard of service to both external customers and internal employees He/she builds and maintains relationship in an international environment.
-Credit Blocked Order management, Cash Collection and Dunning, Billing, Complaint & Deduction Management.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with the following competencies:
-Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent
-Team player, persistent and result oriented
-Good communication skills
-Strong skills of SAP (ERP system), Salesforce (CRM system), Track & Trace system, Excel.
-Language skills: Dutch, French, English
