We are currently working with Lantmännen Unibake in their search for a HR Business Partner, with a good knowledge of payroll. In this position you will have the following tasks:
You are responsible for the Payroll process meaning run the payroll process on a monthly and yearly base, including special calculations: index, merit, end year premium, holiday, premium and bonus calculation, etc, and day to day HR administration
Improve or develop HR policies & procedures where needed/possible, identify cost effective opportunities by respecting benchmark, legal optimizations, … and implement HR Systems to ensure further automation and digitalization
You are an advisor to employees on Payroll and Compensation and benefits matters and provide generalist, strategic and operational HR support to managers, delivered with pace, pragmatism and commercial thinking
You adopt a collaborative and coaching approach, drive a culture of management ownership of people, plans and goals and work closely with line managers to promote standardization and consistency in the application of HR procedures by providing coaching, support, constructive challenging and objective feedback
You facilitate and lead the development and implementation of changes in the organizational structure of the siteand support in the delivery of the People Planning strategy including supporting on the creation of succession and talent pipelines
You work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide guidance and support in the recruitment processes as well as identify resource solutions for vacancies within area of responsibility. You build the employer branding within the bakery employees’ community and conduct campaigns in order to recruit talent both for the Brussels and Londerzeel bakery.You promote site communication and engagement strategies.
You have, at least, a bachelor’s degree and have at least 4 years of experience in a generalist role including end-to-end payroll
You have experience with HR information systems: implementing, governance, optimization and a working knowledge of e-Blox and Protime. A strong knowledge of Excel and Word is imperative
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written), other languages are a plus.
You are able to develop and gain buy-in to creative solutions and new approaches to HR service delivery
You are a strong communicator and can deal with conflict and challenging situations.
