You are accountable for the implementation, localization and management of the HR strategy so the local organization attracts and selects the right candidates and manages, develops and retains employees in support of company's growth. This job will also support business and organizational growth and performance by managing and leading change. Finally this job is responsible for the local employee and industrial relations management.
1. Implementation, translation and localization of HR and BU strategy and policies in close cooperation with relevant COEand ensuring that local regulations are respected. 2. Act as change agent and actively manage employee and industrial relations (collective labor agreements, works council, unions, industry/employer organization...) in line with BU strategy. Foster open communication and run employee engagement programs aiming at a positive atmosphere at all times. 3. Review organizational needs with line managers and work together to develop and plan for the future organization (Talent Review, Succession planning, Employee development...) Lead and manage organizational change to achieve results. Coach line managers and supervisory personnel to improve overall business performance, people development and employee retention. 4. Manage day-to-day recruitment, L&D, resource planning/tracking, performance, payroll and benefits processes ensuring quality and timely service delivery to internal customers. 5. - Preferably over 10 years experience in a production environment preferably part of a larger international group - Team management/supervisory experience - Industrial relations experience (union representation, works council and union negotiations) - Self managed - Able to `translate' business objectives into an engaging story - Change management and coaching skills - Some project management skills (planning and organization) - Good knowledge of English in addition to Dutch
