Do you want to be responsible for all tasks related to the management and organization of service contracts and planning of preventive maintenance of the front runner in the medical devices sector? Than this is the job for you!

Your role will be based within the Customer Services Team, which is sitting in the Operations department of this company. You will work closely with Sales Managers, the Sales Support Team and Colleagues across other Markets.

  • Preventive Maintenance Planning: monitoring timely execution of and closely follow up on due PMs with the Markets and other service providers – provide weekly reporting on overdue PMs
  • Maintaining of Service Contracts and Service Work Orders for Preventive Maintenance requests in our ERP system
  • Quoting & Invoicing for PMs as well as Service Contracts
  • Keep information related to Service Contracts up to date on service contract database (Salesforce.com) as well as SAP/ServiceMax
  • Conducting regular check-in calls with all markets and service providers
  • Improve further on the work that has been done in the past year, paving the way and striving for continuous improvement as you see fit

your contribution

  • Bachelor or Master with a few years' experience in a similar role in a service environment
  • A proven track record in management and organization of Service Contracts - preferably within the healthcare domain
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Pro-active personality who likes to work in an administrative role within a dynamical environment
  • Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders 
  • Fluent in English , other languages are a plus
