📋 Here are your main responsibilities:

• Complaint Management and Technical Support: You organize the reception of customer complaints (by phone, email, or via the receipt of products for repair). You act as a technical advisor to respond to technical requests. You investigate faults over the phone, arrange for initial tests to be carried out, and choose to send replacement parts if necessary.
• Coordination of ASS Technicians: You plan and organize the work of technicians for repairs and ensure compliance with intervention deadlines.
• ASS Administration and Continuous Improvement: You send repair quotes to customers. You participate in improving the ASS process by helping to identify spare parts for stock. You ensure the availability and updating of documentation for internal and external after-sales service. You implement the ASS policy (defining notions of warranties and non-warranties) to standardize it across Europe.
• Operational Support (Must-have): You are able to reinforce your Customer Service (CS) colleagues by entering orders received via email into the ERP during peak season or when your schedule permits.

You are solution-oriented, organized, and you possess the essential qualifications for this position:

• Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electro-Technics or have equivalent skills acquired through experience as a technical-sales representative.
• Experience: You have successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar function.
• Technical Skills: You have an affinity for technical matters and are able to read an electrical schematic and use electrical measuring instruments. You are proficient with all catalogue products.
• IT Skills: You master the Office Suite and are familiar with the basic use of an ERP system.
• Languages: Proficiency in French (minimum C2) and a very good level of English (minimum B2) are required.
• Qualities: You are organized and rigorous to follow multiple cases in parallel. You demonstrate autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and assertiveness with internal and external clients. You are solution-oriented and act with a customer-centric mindset (focused on customer satisfaction).
