For a thriving production environment, we are looking for an experienced wheel loader driver to manage the internal transport and dosing of raw materials. The role involves handling raw materials, ensuring accurate dosing, and maintaining cleanliness and functionality of installations and equipment.

Salary: Attractive gross hourly wage, supplemented with meal vouchers and hospitalization insurance.

key responsibilities
- Receive, store, mix, and transport raw materials using a wheel loader, following planning and regulations.
- Dose raw and auxiliary materials, and fill dispensers accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of installations, equipment, and surrounding grounds.
- Perform minor repairs and assist the technical service as needed.
- Register raw material and additive consumption.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
qualification
- Proven experience operating a wheel loader or other heavy rolling equipment (certifications are a plus).
- Background in the construction sector or brickworks is an advantage.
- Motivated, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented with a flexible approach to work.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the company's growth.
- Available to work in a 2-shift system.
