key responsibilities
Your role combines expert fabrication and active site support:
- Welding Execution: Perform welding tasks according to the highest safety and quality standards, ensuring clean, accurate welds and the correct numbering of components.
- Technical Interpretation: Work accurately from technical drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), utilizing your insight into material behaviour and work situations.
- Material Prep & Repair: Prepare materials through cleaning, grinding, and gouging. You will also carry out repairs in consultation with the supervisor.
- Assembly Support: Actively assist with assembly work on components and constructions when required, and provide general support when welding activities are low.
- Workplace Management: Always work safely and ensure the maintenance of tools, welding equipment, and materials.

qualification
Your Profile & Attitude:
- Technical Skill: You have a hands-on attitude and a genuine passion for technical work.
- Flexibility: You enjoy variety in your work and demonstrate flexibility to assist wherever needed.
- Safety Focus: You work with attention to detail and safety, both for yourself and your colleagues.
- Communication: You have a good command of Dutch or English.
Formal Requirements:
- Certification: You possess a valid VCA Basic Safety certificate.
- Mobility: You must have a Driver’s license B and own transport.
