qualification
- Speak fluent English or Dutch to communicate effectively with your team members.
- Hold a valid driver's license B for manual and automatic cars for at least one year.
- Perform physical work comfortably, including operating spray equipment overhead while wearing protective gear.
- Demonstrate perseverance, strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and accountability.
- Vehicle maintenance, bodywork, or spraying experience is a plus, though eager newcomers are welcome.
