As a bakery operator, you are the driving force behind our baking process in Ostend. In this vibrant food manufacturing environment, you work independently, take full ownership of product quality, and thrive in a physically active role. Together with a close-knit team, you ensure seamless production every day.

Your tasks will include:

• Assemble recipes and expertly manage the complete baking process of the installation.
• Independently start up, carefully set up, and continuously monitor the production line.
• Operate machines, perform quality checks through sampling, and maintain line cleanliness.
• Assemble and disassemble line equipment during product changes or at shift end.
• Troubleshoot minor technical glitches and call in technicians when necessary.
