Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing SAP GIL + CC Assignments and handling SAP Approvals. You'll be instrumental in our transition to new SAP functionalities.
• Checking D2L service invoices and all other service invoices for accuracy.
• Stamping invoices for both manual and in-house auditing processes.
• Ensuring timely receipt of carrier invoices through regular log checks.
• Performing in-house auditing (SIS) and manual invoice audits.
• Engaging in calls with carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Summarizing data from existing sources and handling UPS logistics.

• You possess strong administrative skills, demonstrating high organization, meticulousness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP are essential, as you'll be working with our SAP transition.
• You have proven experience with invoice approval processes, particularly carrier approval processes.
• Experience from the road transport sector, specifically with invoicing, is highly valued.
