trade compliance analyst

As a Trade Compliance Analyst (consultant), you will be part of the EMEA Trade Compliance Operations team, supporting temporary projects and backfill needs. You will help ensure compliance with international trade regulations and contribute to process improvements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth and compliant global trade operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Customs clearance operations:
  Support daily customs activities, resolve shipment issues, and ensure timely clearance. Manage dashboards and provide expertise for onboarding new products, lanes, and carriers.

• Trade compliance & audit support:
  Ensure accurate customs declarations and regulatory compliance. Support licensing, maintain trade documentation, and assist with internal and external audits. Perform post-entry reviews.

• Customs brokerage & financial oversight:
  Monitor customs broker performance and drive continuous improvement. Manage purchase orders and invoice approvals related to customs services.

• Project & process support:
  Participate in projects such as customs broker transitions, process standardization, and regulatory implementations. Work with global teams to further develop compliance processes and tools.
