For a scientific organization active in the medical sector, we are looking for a management assistant to support projects and management. You will be supporting the management team with a variety of administrative tasks.

It is a temporary position from December untill March 2026.

key responsibilities
- Supporting the management team.
- Providing support for projects.
- Assisting with digital media, such as e-mail, website, social media, etc.
- Performing a wide variety of administrative tasks.
experience
qualification
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- You can write well and easily for various platforms (e-mail, office, web, social media...).
- You already have some experience with graphic design and media skills, or are willing to learn this.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You can work perfectly independently, but are also a team player.
- You can handle deadlines.
- You are looking for a full-time position of 38 hours/week.
