Preventive and Curative Maintenance: You perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and quickly and efficiently resolve acute malfunctions on machines and installations.

Analysis and Optimization: You analyze the causes of malfunctions and proactively propose improvements to machines and processes.

Installation and Adjustment: You assist with the installation of new machines and precisely adjust them for optimal performance.

Reporting and Documentation: You accurately report completed work and keep technical documentation up-to-date.

Collaboration: You work closely with your production colleagues and other departments to ensure continuity and contribute to a safe working environment.

Education and Experience:

A technical diploma (e.g., secondary vocational education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent through experience).

Relevant work experience as a technician, machine operator, process operator, production employee with technical aptitude, mechanical operator, or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability and an analytical mindset.

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Flexibility and resilience.

Specific Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.

Willingness to work in various shift patterns, including day shifts, early shifts, late shifts, night shifts, and potentially weekend shifts.

Basic knowledge of PLC controls is a plus.

Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
