• Lead and supervise packaging and warehouse teams during their shifts
• Ensure all packaging processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliveries
• Manage inventory accuracy and collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse functions
• Address any delays or issues in packaging and warehouse processes, taking immediate corrective action
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and maintain high morale
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• English

Education and experience:

• Higher technical or logistics profile
• Proven leadership experience within the packaging or warehouse/logistics sector
• Experience in the process industry is a plus

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Proactive, problem-solving approach
• Ability to coach and motivate team members
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Technically adept, with experience in working with various systems and tools

Language proficiency:

• Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Flexibility and mobility:

• Willing to work in a 2-shift system (day and night shifts)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
