key responsibilities
- Good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of Dutch
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Relevant experience in a technical production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity and (electro)pneumatics is a strong asset
- Experience with electrical measurements and technical analyses
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Interested in precision technical work with compact machines
- Experience in coaching or managing a team is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Analytical, stress-resistant and solution-oriented
qualification
- Lead and coach a team of approximately 8 technicians during the permanent night shift (20:48 – 05:00)
- Provide technical support during malfunctions and complex troubleshooting
- Analyze and resolve technical problems on the production floor
- Coordinate technical escalations with other departments
- Monitor the performance of machines and installations
- Distribute and follow up on technical tasks within the shift
- Actively participate in technical improvement projects
- Support the training and development of technical employees
- Assist with practical personnel matters within the shift
