For a leading international company in the semiconductor and automotive industry, we are looking for motivated Operators.

You will contribute to the production and testing of microchips used worldwide in cars and other electronic applications. Previous experience is a plus, but motivation, accuracy and technical aptitude are just as important.

key responsibilities
As an Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Testing microchips at different temperatures
- Operating and setting up testing machines
- Monitoring machines and keeping them operational
- Performing quality checks
- Detecting and reporting deviations in the production process
- Recording test and production data
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues
- Following procedures and work instructions accurately
- Working closely with colleagues and technicians
- Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process
qualification
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a good command of English
- Has a secondary education diploma (A2) or equivalent experience
- Has basic computer skills
- Can work accurately and with precision
- Has an eye for quality and attention to detail
- Is willing to work in 2 shifts:
- Early shift: 04u48 - 13u00
- Late shift: 12u48 - 21u00
- Or is willing to work the night shift: 20u48 - 05u00
- Is comfortable with physical work
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Has technical aptitude and enjoys working with machines
