As a Cleaning Squad Lead, you will co-lead efforts to optimize cleaning validation and cleaning operations across the production site. Partnering closely with local process owners, your role will focus on aligning procedures with current best practices and risk-based methodologies.
You will:
Provide expert guidance on cleaning validation and cleaning operations, including risk-based approaches
Manage multiple projects and external contractors, ensuring delivery according to plan
Safeguard compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations, in close collaboration with QA
Drive change management efforts to ensure long-term adoption of improvements
Mentor and coach local process owners to uplift their expertise
A minimum of 80% on-site presence is required.
