The Supply Network Planner acts as Supply Chain (SC) operations manager, for a subset portfolio of productions nodes (DP & Devices) from this supply network (CMO/Internal sites).

Primary mission is to drive performance to supply of the production nodes by orchestrating internally and externally the execution of SC operations (including MPS supply planning in OMP+, Distribution Replenishment Planning, performance and escalation management, SC relationship management, capacity management and provide inventory strategy input and its execution) on operational and tactical horizon of commercial and late stage development production nodes.

The role has a permanent seat in the vendor teams led by External Manufacturing Operations lead with the vendor quality lead. She/He/They represents SC and is accountable for steering SC related initiatives within that team and with the CMOs and internal sites. The incumbent takes full accountability of the monitoring, escalation and the performances management to supply of the production nodes under her/his/their responsibility.

The incumbent liaises internally with multiple functions (within the Patient Supply Organization). The role is the goto person in GSC for all questions related to productions nodes (CMO / Internal sites) under her/his responsibility.

The role of an experienced Planner must support and lead the Budget Preparations on behalf of their teams and respective supply nodes.

The experienced Planner will have responsibility for some of the most complex products within the client's portfolio and will be capable to support their peers in navigating supply risk and escalation (Risk Management).

The requirements for this position of Supply Network Planner : 

• Master degree
• APICS Certification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an similar position
• Experience in the pharmaceutical fied is a must (GMP/GDP)
• Background in pharma Operations and/or Planning experience.
• Technical skills in associated manufacturing process is a plus
• Knowledge of end to end supply chain processes
• Performance driven
• Systems skills in SAP/OMP
• Experience of the manufacturing operational environment
• Strong Stakeholder management and skills to influence positively
• Ability to influence others at all levels of the organization 
• Fluent in French & English
