You will provide financial support to the IT Production teams, assisting with budget forecasts, cost monitoring, and reporting. You’ll take ownership of the financial process lifecycle, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure end-to-end follow-up using the appropriate tools and procedures.
- Support IT teams with day-to-day financial reporting and budget management
- Monitor and document the evolution of all cost categories (Resource Costs, Non-Resource Costs, Subcontractors)
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to completion
- Liaise with Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, Procurement, and other stakeholders
- Initiate financial requests and track spend using internal tools
- Ensure smooth execution of the finance process from start to finish
