• Analyze and interpret benchmarking data to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, People, and Strategy departments.
• Coordinate and manage project activities across multiple cost domains (e.g., labor, network, IT).
• Prepare and align strategic financial cases with business stakeholders.
• Support the creation of clear and compelling presentations for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Conduct initial financial screenings of identified opportunities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Help define the project direction and adapt to evolving scopes and priorities.

• Proven experience in developing and reviewing strategic financial business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all business levels.
• Experience preparing materials and presenting to C-level or SLT audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Flexibility and maturity to navigate a dynamic and evolving project environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling or strategic financial planning.
• Previous experience in benchmarking or cost optimization projects.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams and business transformation initiatives.
• Fluently in English
