key responsibilities
- Install insulation layers and waterproofing membranes on flat roofs.
- Work with PVC and TPO roofing materials, ensuring proper welding and application.
- Work efficiently within a multicultural team to complete projects.
- Report to the team leader and adapt to team changes when needed.
- Handle both small and large-scale projects in new construction and renovations.
- Follow project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Adhere to safety regulations and wear company-provided protective clothing.
- Follow workplace safety standards.
qualification
- Proven experience in flat roofing, particularly with PVC and TPO materials.
- Skilled in welding plastic roofing materials using hot air.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy and demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights; no fear of heights is essential.
- Valid driver’s license B (required); C is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Dutch; training materials available in Dutch.
- VCA certification is a plus (training may be provided if needed).
- Open to candidates with related roofing experience who are eager to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable to switching teams or projects.
