regional pricing lead

As Regional Pricing Lead, you will:

• Support price assessments (e.g. potential and target prices) to inform value-based launch planning and readiness.
• Ensure consistency and global alignment of pricing assessments, including tiering and international reference pricing (IRP).
• Identify and communicate key pricing opportunities, updates, and risks to both regional business leaders and global counterparts.
• Assist the Pricing Head in managing the agenda and workload related to Regional and Global Pricing Committee meetings.
• Manage Net Floor Prices and Strategic Risk Price levels across countries.
• Partner with local teams to build robust business rationales for pricing submissions and cases.
• Monitor and manage expected list/net price changes in local and pan-regional markets.
• Facilitate tender sequencing to support optimal access strategies.
• Safeguard gross and net price floor levels, as well as average selling prices.
• Ensure smooth pricing business case reviews.
• Collaborate with country teams to proactively mitigate price erosion risks.
• Support compliance with internal governance frameworks.
• Deliver structured and timely price assessments aligned with business planning and launch strategy.

• 3+ years of experience in pricing and market access within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Ability to anticipate and assess end-to-end pricing implications.
• Strong analytical mindset: able to challenge assumptions and interpret complex data.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and accurate in execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English to thrive in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in team coordination and project management.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
• Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical pricing landscape and payer dynamics, particularly within International Markets (IC).
• Exposure to pricing and access strategy development.
• Experience contributing to complex launch and access strategies across markets.
