• Job visibility: You make sure our open positions get the right attention. You post vacancies through the most suitable channels such as job boards, social media, and your own network, and you collaborate with external agencies.
• Candidate experience first: You are the first point of contact for candidates and ensure a smooth and professional process — for both local and international applicants.
• Planning and communication: You support hiring teams in scheduling interviews (both online and on-site) and ensure everything is properly tracked in our e-recruiting system.
• Contracts and onboarding: You draft employment contracts, follow up on the signing process, and kick off the onboarding for new colleagues.
• Want more? You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects within the team, depending on your interests and ambitions.

• A bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent, preferably with at least one year of experience in an HR department.
• You have a passion for HR administration and enjoy working in a structured and accurate way.
• You know how to set priorities and aren’t afraid to improve processes or adopt new tools.
• You are customer-oriented, proactive, and have a strong eye for detail.
• You are familiar with Office 365 and have strong skills in Excel for reporting purposes.
• You speak fluent English and communicate in a professional manner. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
