project manager controlling and performance management

• Advance Controlling Practices: Design and implement innovative controlling tools and methodologies. You'll also further develop group-wide project budgeting standards.

• Enhance Performance Management: Develop integrated performance frameworks that include both financial and non-financial KPIs. You'll also build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and forecasting tools to support performance tracking and prepare high-impact reports and presentations for senior leadership.

• Lead Capex Controlling: Coordinate a Group-wide community of practice focused on capex portfolio and project controlling. You'll also develop and implement standardized processes and reporting frameworks for capex planning and controlling

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic controlling or performance management.
• Advanced PowerBI skills, including dashboard creation and DAX development.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and international project settings.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required, and working knowledge of German, French, or Dutch.
