plastic molding & process engineer

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and launching new molding processes and production lines.
• Selecting the optimal materials and molds.
• Managing the industrialization and introduction of new equipment.
• Defining and documenting process steps and standards.
• Analyzing data and identifying risks to ensure top-tier quality.
• Proactively researching and implementing new technologies.

• You hold a Master's in Engineering or an equivalent through experience, with a preference for a background in plastic processing.
• You have knowledge of the plastic molding process including technologies, suppliers, implementation, and risks.
• You are also skilled in tools for requirements analysis and concept development.
• You have knowledge of mold concepts, and the properties of different types of plastics.
• You have strong skills in project management, planning, and presentation.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and skilled at gathering the right input to analyze and solve complex problems.
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
