What does your day as an order picker in Geel look like?

• Using a handscanner, you navigate the warehouse to pick items accurately and on time from the shelves.
• You ensure all goods are neatly and securely packaged, properly labeled, and ready for dispatch.
• You are happy to roll up your sleeves for some heavier lifting and moving packed boxes.
• You flexibly step in on Saturdays or Sundays to help cover the extra end-of-year rush (starting on the day shift, with a transition to 2 shifts over time).

Who are we looking for at Kuehne+Nagel?

• You have prior experience working with a warehouse handscanner, or you are highly motivated to learn order picking on the job.
• You'll ease into your role on the day shift, but you are eager to transition to a 2-shift schedule over time.
• You speak and understand good Dutch or English to collaborate safely with colleagues and follow instructions smoothly.
• Working a Saturday or Sunday shift during the busy moments is no problem for you.
• You have your own transport to reach the site in Geel easily and on time.

Your benefits:

• You start with a competitive gross hourly wage of €15.60 on the day shift. Once you switch to the 2-shift schedule, a 7.5% shift allowance is added on top.
• You earn €8 in meal vouchers for every day worked.
• Rolling up your sleeves on the weekend during the busy peak period? That really pays off! You will be paid 150% on Saturdays, and on Sundays you'll even earn double pay (200%).
