Your responsibilities as a warehouse worker:

• Accurately picking items from the shelves using a handheld scanner.
• Unloading incoming shipments, attaching the correct barcode labels, and preparing them for transport.
• Smoothly maneuvering an electric pallet truck (EPT) to safely move goods through the warehouse.
• Accurately entering key logistics data into the computer system.
• Inspecting products for damage and thoroughly monitoring the quality of the goods.
• Neatly sorting and correctly processing returned items (returns).
• Actively participating in periodic inventory counts and stock checks.
• Always adhering to safety regulations to ensure a safe and tidy work environment.

We are looking for someone with the following profile:

• You are at least 18 years old and consciously choose a fixed night shift schedule.
• Previous experience with a handheld scanner is a plus, but motivated beginners are more than welcome!
• You know how to operate an electric pallet truck (EPT) to move pallets safely through the warehouse.
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch or English, ensuring you fully understand all safety rules and work instructions.
• You have your own transport (such as a car or a scooter) to reach your workplace at Kuehne+Nagel in Geel on time.
• The busy end-of-year peak months don't intimidate you; you are flexible enough to work on a Saturday or Sunday if needed.
