We are looking for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to learn. You don’t need prior experience in a cleanroom—we’ll provide full training—but you should be:
- Hands-on, precise, and responsible.
- A team player who takes initiative and communicates openly.
- Comfortable working in shifts and flexible in working hours.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to work in a 4-week rotating shift schedule, which includes:
- Week 1: Early shift (Mon–Fri)
- Week 2: Night shift (Mon–Fri)
- Week 3: Late shift (Mon–Wed); days off Thu–Fri; 12h shifts on Sat–Sun
- Week 4: Days off Mon–Wed; late shift on Thu–Fri
qualification
- Operate high-end process equipment in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment (after intensive training).
- Organize and plan your work to meet operational goals and priorities.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the production processes you manage.
- Carry out detailed quality tests with high precision.
- Report technical issues clearly to imec’s engineering team.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency at all times.
- Actively contribute to process improvement suggestions.
